This is the #1562 Oval Bowl in an opaque "orange-yellow" color with a black seaweed decoration.

Information from the book "Fenton Art Glass, 1907-1939 by Margaret Whitmyer.

The opaque "orange-yellow" was cased in black, which was then cut back to reveal the underlying color.
