McKee # 156 Octagon Edge Center Handle Server w/ Cutting
This CHS measures 10 1/2" diameter. The handle (from top of collar) is 4" tall. It has a 3 1/2" diameter raised collar. I guess there is one ring at the handle base too, although it's more that the handle base flares a little then is constricted vs. it being an added or formed ring.
# 156 Octagon Edge is shown on p.268 of Weatherman's "Colored Glass of the Depression Era." There, the diameter is shown as 11 inches. It also shows it as Optic, Octagon Edge. It isn't clear from the images above that an optic is present on this CHS.
