This is a center handled server in Indiana's 303 line with a Farberware handle. This pattern has been found in the server, sugar & creamer and a couple of different candlesticks. You might also find it in console bowls and serving plates.
A Farber catalog from 1937 has been found with this exact piece. That helps date the pattern.
