Unknown Center Handle Server w/ Blue & Gold Decoration
The plate is 11 1/2" wide and 5" high. The collar is 2 13/16" The loop handle has six sides with no ring and an odd shaped loop; it is 3/4" thick by 2 1/8" wide. The bottom ring is 4 1/2" wide.
The gold encrusted etch is Wheeling D-25 Running Vine border.
