Maker of jar is unknown but according to the Whitmyer "Bedroom and Bathroom Glassware" book, the jar can be found in black, frosted pink, frosted green, frosted yellow, and jadite.
The flat lid for this jar has two penguin as the finial.There is another powder jar with a tall sloping lid that uses the same finial. Jar is 3 3/4 " wide and 3 1/4 " tall.
