This is not the usual Canadian Hughes Cornflower cut. Instead of 12 petals this cut has 16. Where the Hughes cut has fringing on the petals this has none. Same cross-hatch interior. Leaves are very similar. We still suspect that this is another Canadian cutter's pattern.
