Inside it is lobed into five sections. The inside is smooth. The outside has a 'cracked ice' effect. It almost feels as though the ice is applied to the outside and you could pick it off with your fingernail. The ice is etched or satin. It measures just about 6 inches tall with the lid on. The lid is slotted for a spoon handle so we're guessing it's a jam jar.
