The # 15 Vanity Set was introduced in January 1932 and shown as discontinued in a 1938 price list. It sometimes came with a tray or mirror and is known with more than one style of finial. This version is shown in crystal on page 128 of James Measell's New Martinsville Glass, 1900-1944. The bottles and powder box are typically crystal although the lid and stoppers may be ruby, black, jade or crystal painted a pale pink or green.
