Liberty Glass Works No 2/30/66 candlestick. It does have the scrolled foot mentioned in the description on page 38 of Vol 3, Glass Candlestick Book. It was issued with a console bowl c 1930-32. The set was named "Collins" by Hazel Marie Weatherman in her book Colored Glassware of the Depression Era 2. The set is shown in an advertisement from 1930. Available in pink, green and light blue.
