This pattern is called a CHEVRON vase in the Reference Book: 'Fenton Glass Made for Other Companys 1907-1980', by C.& G. Domitz from CB.
The author notes that the design drawing for this vase was found in the Fenton records. The piece has also been found in Fenton's Jade color. The vase comes in two sizes; 5 1/2" and 8"; the vase shown is 8".
